Our goal at Sterling Patriot Homes, LLC is to do our part to help Planet Earth. We'll try to donate, recycle, or repurpose what we can from junk removal or cleanout jobs. These services take time and not all jobs can be handled in this manner in the case of hoarding or bug infestations, but we will divert as much as we can from the landfill. It is our duty to dispose of items in the proper manner, in accordance with all local laws and environmental guidelines. We only get one Earth! Let's keep her beautiful!
Different clients have different situations. Every situation is unique and we are not here to judge.
Maybe the home belongs to a relative in long term care, or they have passed away.
Maybe it's your own home, things got away from you over time, and you are ready to let it all go.
It's going to be okay. We've got your back.
We're not here to judge, we will empty the house for you. We will always ask before taking photos for use as promotional materials. We also will not mention the name, address, or even town of a client in our pictures, unless given direct permission to do so. Our goal is discreet and professional services; especially in situations that may be overwhelming.

We can submit our estimate to your insurance adjuster, and we'll go from there!
Every situation is different. A walk through appointment will provide us with a good time frame and price estimate once we see what needs to leave. Most moderate cleanouts will take a couple days. Hoarding situations may take a week, but that depends on the level of hoard and if we can have muliple dumpsters/trailers on site. We will do our very best to assess the situation initially and if the timeframe changes, we will let you know as soon as possible.
All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. We may be able to offer same day service!
We communicate with you every step of the way. We confirm your appointment the night before, and call or text that we are on our way. If we can see the work will not be completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
